TERMS and CONDITIONS
The rented vehicle is used only by the persons specified in the rental agreement and delivery form. In the use of the vehicle, no warranty will cover the damages that may occur due to the use of the vehicle by any third party not specified in the contract. If you want to add extra drivers, please let me know.
Details regarding the minimum driver age and license duration for vehicle groups are given in the table below.

DRIVER'S LICENSE AND RENTAL AGE LIMITATIONS
In order to benefit from the young driver package, the following conditions must be met.
In order to rent vehicles in the economic group, it is normally required to be at least 21 years old and have a driver's license for 2 years. People who are 20 years old and have a driver's license for 1 year can rent a car from the economic group by paying the Young Driver fee.
In order to rent vehicles in the middle group, it is normally required to be at least 22 years old and have a driving license for 2 years. Persons between the ages of 21-24 and who have a driver's license for 2 years can rent a vehicle from the middle group by paying the Young Driver fee.
In order to rent the vehicles in the upper group, it is normally required to be at least 24 years old and have a driver's license for 3 years. Persons between the ages of 24-27 and who have a driver's license for 3 years can rent a vehicle from the upper group by paying the Young Driver fee.
Super Mini Damage Assurance is mandatory for young driver application. Vize reserves the right not to apply the rent a car young driver application.
The minimum rental period is 24 hours. This period can be kept higher in periods such as peak season and public holidays.
A daily limit may be applied to leased vehicles under the Fair Use Policy.
If your vehicle is returned 3 hours or more from the booked time, the daily rate for the day will be added to the rental agreement and will be charged to your credit card.
Our prices include VAT.
Please return the vehicle with the amount of fuel you bought.
The reservation you have made has been confirmed according to the vehicle group and no brand and/or model guarantee is given. If the vehicle or equivalent you requested cannot be allocated to you, changes can be made by making a free update or price update.
In all your reservations, it is important to keep a close eye on your flight number and pick-up time, if any. Submitting your flight number will make it easier for us to follow up on possible delays and updates on your flight. If you have not come to pick up the vehicle even though it has been 2 hours since you will pick up the vehicle, if you cannot be reached or if the reservation cannot be confirmed, the relevant reservation may be cancelled.
One Way Rental:
Returning the vehicle from the rented city to a different city where the Visa Rent a Car office is located is subject to the approval of the Visa and an additional fee. Since the additional fee varies according to the region/office, you can get information by calling our call center.
ASSURANCE and WARRANTY
Our vehicle assurance plans vary according to campaigns and prices. Details of the assurance plan are specified in our contract and on your delivery form. Please contact the reservation call center or our office for information on fees and limits for additional assurances you may need. Details of assurances and warranties provided as a service are given below.
Mini Damage Guarantee:
It is a repair guarantee with a customer statement, without the need to fill in an accident report by the competent authorities (Police and Gendarmerie) in unilateral accidents and damages whose declared maximum damage limit determined by Vize rent a car is less than 5000 TL.
Super Mini Damage Guarantee:
It is the guarantee of repair with a customer statement, without the need to fill in an accident report by the competent authorities (Police and Gendarmerie) in unilateral accidents and damages whose declared maximum damage limit determined by Vize rent a car is below 9000 TL.
Payment of traffic fines (including entering the wrong lane on bridges and highways) due to non-compliance with traffic rules will be charged to the credit card of the person who rented the vehicle specified in the contract.
During the collection process of the Traffic Fines, which will be reflected during the rental period of the vehicle, 30 Turkish Lira Service Fee will be collected, excluding the traffic fine.

CHANGE OF RESERVATION AND RENTAL AGREEMENT
If the vehicle is returned before the reservation date after receipt, no refund will be made. But you can use it in the next reservation.
Extension of Rental Period:
Upon the expiry of the rental period, the Tenant cannot extend the rental period unilaterally. If the tenant wishes to extend the rental period, the rental period can be extended with the written approval of the lessor or the tenant will consent to the new vehicle. If the Lessor does not approve the Tenant's request to extend the rental period, and in any case, for the expiration of the rental period specified in this Agreement; The lessee will leave the rented vehicle to the return location specified in the rental contract. Rental extensions will be bound by the terms of this agreement, even if the next rental agreement has not been signed. In case the request for the extension of the rental period requested by the customer is approved by our company, the extension is made over the current price of the vehicle at the time of the extension, not the price at which the vehicle was rented. The tenant accepts that not delivering the vehicle despite the expiry of the contract period constitutes a crime under the provisions of the criminal law and that he will not keep the vehicle outside the rental period. He/she acknowledges and declares that he/she knows that he/she will not be able to benefit from insurance, guarantees and legal rights after the expiry of the rental period and/or during illegal vehicle use. If an extension is requested within the reservation period after the end of the rental period, the price will be recalculated by the system and the additional amount will be charged to the credit card of the tenant specified at the beginning of the rental period.
Cancellation and Refund Application:
Reservations can be canceled 24 hours before the reservation time on the date of reservation, and in such a case, you will not be charged any fees. If your reservation cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before your vehicle purchase date, a one-day No Show fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to the card you paid for.
If the vehicle is not picked up at the pick-up time specified in the reservation, the vehicle will switch to No-show status after 3 hours and no vehicle from any group can be guaranteed. Your no-show reservation will be canceled after 3 hours.
All fees related to the rental of the vehicle will be charged to the tenant's personal credit card.
In order to benefit from the insurance in case of any damage, you must call the police and report the incident, inform the Traffic Police and Gendarmerie before the vehicle is moved from the scene, and take a police report and alcohol test.
In case of damages resulting in material damage, drivers can keep an accident report among themselves.
In case of vehicle theft, you must call the police and get a theft report. The theft report must be returned to us with the vehicle key.

Our insurance is not valid for travels outside of Türkiye. Our vehicles cannot be used outside of Türkiye.
With the new ID application, even if our customers have combined their driving licenses with their IDs, it is obligatory to have their driver's license with them during the rental and to present it for the realization of the rental. Therefore, IDs that have been combined with a driver's license are not sufficient for car rental, the driver's license must be presented. Vehicle allocation will not be made to our customers who cannot present a physical driver's license.
Reservations are confirmed for any vehicle group without a guarantee for a particular make or model.
Tenant accepts and approves the cost of mechanical and electrical damage and loss caused by misuse or carelessness. Such damages and damages, including mechanical and electrical characteristics, are not covered by the vehicle insurance policy and warranty.
Winter tires are optional. Availability of winter tires is limited to stock, varies by region and office.
Since the rented vehicle is unusable due to damage, malfunction or any other reason, another vehicle in the same segment or in a higher segment is allocated free of charge within 24 hours.
Boarding pass along with all other criteria are required for car rental transactions from people living in Turkey and Turkish citizens, excluding those who are public officials, and people who cannot present this document will not be able to rent a car. Detailed information
